Assuming someone who does not play this map is disturbing by chatting and after warning we ban this person - are we obliged to unban this person after the map is finished? He/she may be needed to play any following map.
I think that better idea is just ignore that person on map which she/he don't play.
And just unignore that person when she/he must play, or after the match.
